Founded in 2014, PROCESSCONSULT is an Engineering Consulting and Design company specializing in Process Engineering and Project Management.
We work with all industries for which Process Engineering is predominant:

PRELIMINARY PROJECTS
PROCESSCONSULT ensures the different phases of the preliminary projects (Feasibility, Preliminary, Basic Engineering) by aggregating around its Project Management and Process teams, the technical skills of our partners (Piping, EIA, etc.).

PROCESSCONSULT provides Project Management Assistance (PMC) missions to support its customers in the conduct of their projects whether during engineering or implementation phase.

CHEMICALS - PETROCHEMICALS
Chemicals and Petrochemicals produce the basic materials used in all other industrial sectors, from automotive to telecoms, from space to building materials, from cosmetics to water treatment, etc.
It is the second largest industrial sector in France with a turnover of more than €100 billion.
By supporting these sectors in their permanent evolution, in the manufacture of innovative products, from the decarbonization of their processes to the most demanding standards, PROCESSCONSULT contributes to making this sector one of the pillars of tomorrow's industry.
OIL & GAS - REFINING
Oil extraction—the primary raw material and energy source—and subsequent refining employ innovative technologies, in which PROCESSCONSULT teams participate, to reduce environmental impact, water consumption, and atmospheric emissions.
The development of natural gas as a primary energy source also requires PROCESSCONSULT's process engineering expertise, particularly for liquefaction and compression units.
Furthermore, projects related to natural gas storage are also process engineering topics in which our teams are involved.
ENERGY - HYDROGEN
Used in chemistry, microelectronics, metallurgy and as an alternative fuel, among others, hydrogen, despite its interest and undeniable properties, remains a dangerous chemical element that is often technologically difficult to store and use.
The studies and projects on which PROCESSCONSULT's engineers work focus precisely on these aspects to enable safe use and implementation.
Other energies, such as geothermal energy, heat recovery and, more broadly, the energy recovery of industrial waste are also subjects on which our teams are involved.
GREEN CHEMISTRY – BIOMASS - GREENTECH
Well beyond energy recovery, biomass, whether of agricultural, marine or forestry origin, is proving to be the source of the development of cutting-edge chemistry, focused both on the extraction of natural molecules of interest – for pharmaceuticals or cosmetics for example – and on the production of chemical compounds or polymers to replace molecules derived from petroleum.
This virtuous development of natural resources also implements new technologies allowing the production of chemical compounds that are generally less dangerous and less toxic than existing ones.
Through projects currently in the study phase or already in operation, PROCESSCONSULT's engineers play their full part.
WATER TREATMENT & EFFLUENTS
Water sobriety, the reduction of atmospheric emissions and the requirement to respect natural environments are leading all manufacturers to invest in treatment units for their wastewater or gaseous effluents.
In this context, which is both constrained and demanding, both technically and normatively, PROCESSCONSULT's engineers provide the appropriate skills, by designing specific treatment facilities (gas scrubbing, water recycling, etc.) perfectly integrated into the production units of the sites.
METALLURGY - MATERIALS
In the same way as the oil and chemical industries, the metallurgy and materials industries are experiencing a technological revival and a clear boom, driven by cutting-edge R&D to produce ever more specific and efficient materials for the automotive, batteries, aeronautics, microelectronics, space industries, etc. and by the colossal stakes concerning the decarbonization of their processes and the reduction of their energy consumption.

JUNIOR / SENIOR PROCESS ENGINEER (M/W)
As a Process Engineer with a first experience in Engineering or Industry, you master the usual tools of process engineering (modelling, balances, diagrams, equipment sizing).
You will be involved in design or optimization projects for new or existing installations. Curiosity, open-mindedness, rigor and teamwork are your essential qualities.
LEAD PROCESS ENGINEER (M/W)
As a Process Engineer with significant experience in the design of production units, you master the sizing tools and design process diagrams (PFD/PID) by integrating safety requirements.
You will participate in the implementation and integration studies of the units as well as their acceptance and start-up. Your initiatives and leadership complement your technical expertise.
PROJECT ENGINEER / PROJECT MANAGER (M/W)
With significant experience in process engineering and industrial project management (Chemicals, Petroleum, Industries) and with real versatility, you will lead multidisciplinary teams in all phases of the project. You are proficient in project management tools (Budget, Planning, Quality, HSE, Reporting).
Your technical skills are recognized. Your charisma, your leadership, your rigor make you a determining factor in the success of projects.
